Abigail Update

Happy Holidays from Abigail Shannon!
Abby had a special visit when Mrs. Claus came to the Colgate University Bookstore.

Today, Santa & Mrs. Claus paid a visit to the Colgate Bookstore.  When Abby came in to visit Daddy, she said, "Santa Cause!" However, when asked if she wanted to sit on his lap, she said, "Nooooo, Daddy." So she talked to Mrs. Claus instead. Abby is getting excited about Christmas, and sings along with "Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer." She watched the Grinch on TV, and wasn't even scared.

Abby is very observant. She knows all the ornaments on the tree, like the Star, and the Angel, and the Snowman. She put her very own Big Bird ornament on the tree, next to Mommy's Pooh bear and Daddy's golfer.

She loved the snow -- then it was all gone.

When Daddy takes her for a ride in the car, she looks out for deer along the highway. When she sees them, she says, "Bad deer, road."

She loves watching her videos, especially Elmo. How can you say no to a kid that cute when she says, "Watch Elmo, mama, pease?"

Abigail loves it when Mom & Dad read to her. She gets 3 stories a night, and her favorite is The Duck Book by Rafi.
