the games or not where else can you race for $2? This is a great
course, some challenging climbing, and 75 miles of racing for the men
and 38 miles for the women. Head out to Nassau for a great race close
to home, you won't be disappointed!

Upstate Time Trial Series
The first of four time trials is fast approaching!

with one turn around. The Start is at 6:00 p.m.

This is a new event for CBRC!
Come on up and enjoy a weekend of festivities and what
promises to be an excellent race. The course is a rolling
13 mile loop with one major climb, 39/25 recommended.

A hilly 12-mile loop with two moderate climbs.
Elevation gain is 800 feet per loop
This is the third year of the Capital Region Road Race,
it is a great course and a great time, come out and share in the fun!

The last Johnny Cake Lane Race was April 3, 2004
the weather was beautiful, and the racing was excellent!
